AP EAMCET is governed by JNTUK (Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University), Kakinada on behalf of Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). It is a state-level entrance exam offering admissions into various UG courses offered by colleges in Andhra Pradesh. The common entrance exam is conducted for admissions into various private and government colleges of Andhra Pradesh. Candidates are selected on the basis of their performance in AP EAMCET 2019 for the academic year 2019-20.For AP EAMCET 2019, there are 17 Government and 205 Private colleges accepting AP EAMCET Scores.

AP EAMCET 2019 Engineering is conducted for the following First Year Professional Courses: (a) Engineering, Bio-Technology, B.Tech. (Dairy Technology), B.Tech. (Agr. Engg.), B.Tech. (Food Science and Technology), (b) B.Sc. (Ag)/ B.Sc. (Hort)/ B.V.Sc. & A.H/B.F.Sc, (c) B. Pharmacy, Pharma. D.

The exam is scheduled to be held from April 20 to 23 for engineering stream while for agriculture stream the exam will be conducted on April 23 and 24 in two sessions. The online AP EAMCET 2019 exam will be held in both English and Telugu language carrying 160 questions comprising of 80 questions in Mathematics, 40 questions in Physics and 40 questions in Chemistry.

AP EAMCET 2019 Application Form:
You need to fill up the AP EAMCET 2019 Application Form to start with. The fill-up of the Application Form will be completed once you have completed the following stages and in online mode only.

Stage 1: Payment of the Application Fee
Stage 2: Filling up the online Application Form
Stage 3: Uploading of Photo and Signature
Stage 4: Submission of the Application Form
Stage 5: Print out of the Application Form

A correction window will be provided to the candidates, during the window is open, candidates can make necessary changes in the application forms if they wish to, or if they have made any mistake in the form, they can rectify the same. The window will be open for a limited period of time. Not all the details will be editable during this time, you will be able to change only limited information.

Mode of fee payment:
For this session, the application fee for AP EAMCET 2019 is same i.e. INR 500 for Engineering as well as for Agriculture. The amount needs to be paid via online mode.

AP EAMCET 2019 Eligibility Criteria:
Before filing an application form, candidates must satisfy the given AP EAMCET eligibility criteria:

Nationality:
Candidates must be Indian National or PIO/OCI card holders.
Candidates should belong to the state of Andhra Pradesh/Telangana.
Age Criteria:
For Engineering & Pharmacy Courses:
Lower Age Limit: Candidates should have completed 16 years of age as on 31st December 2019.
Upper Age Limit: There will be no upper age limit to apply.
For Other Courses:
Lower Age Limit: Candidates should have completed 17 years as on 31st December 2019.
Upper Age Limit: The upper age limit should be 22 years (25 years for SC/ST category) as on 31st December 2019.
Qualification Criteria:
Appearing Candidates can also apply.

Passed Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent.
Pharma.D Passed Intermediate (10+2 pattern) or its equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as optional.

Passed Diploma in Pharmacy.

The AP EAMCET exam pattern:
Mode: The examination will be held in online mode.
Session: It will be conducted in two sessions, i.e. 10 AM to 1 PM & 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
Language: The question paper will be asked in English & Telugu language.
Duration: The exam duration will be three hours.
Number of Questions: Total 160 multiple choice questions will be asked in the examination.
Marking Scheme: For a correct answer, one mark will be given to the candidates.
Negative Marking: There will be no negative marking.

AP EAMCET 2019 results : 05 May 2018:
AP EAMCET results will be declared on May 5 on the official website. Aspirants will be able to download AP EAMCET rank cards from the official website of the exam. AP EAMCET rank list will be prepared on the merit secured by aspirants in the exam. In 2018, around 2 lakh students appeared for the exam. A total of 1,38,000 students qualified the exam. In Engineering, the pass percentage was 72.28%. The pass percentage for Medicine was 87.6%.
